Trying to get back
Jeez, things have not been good for me in the weight loss department. At least I haven't had a gain! I am going to get back to journaling again and I have ordered a new Leslie DVD and it should be in either today or tomorrow and I will get back to walking again too. Things have been crazy busy at work.

Monday, July 27
It was a busy weekend and I didn't get my journals posted, but I did keep track. I had a bridal shower on Sunday, then our kids were here for dinner, my boys grilled and I played with the grandkids, dh took our oldest grandson out to the field so he could ride in the cab tractor, then they went to feed the fish, I kept the baby and played with her, this was her first visit to "Grammy and Papa's house". So I will begin again with Monday's journal. I will say that I didn't eat dinner, we went to the funeral home, very sad....my very favorite sil lost her brother. His life was taken by his wife. Long and sad story. We didn't get home until late and I have made a new goal of not eating past 7 PM. Thur. July 23
Super busy day....didn't eat breakfast until 11:00. Did some deep cleaning at home before I went to work, then we were busy at work. Which is good as I like to keep busy.

Wed. July 22
Didn't get in my walk this morning, Mom and I went grocery shopping, so I would consider that exercise. Bought a watermelon...and it is delicious!! Had a great day. I am going to have my weeks run from Thurs to Thurs...so my beginning weight in will beginning on Thurs. as well.

Had a good day....went through a period where I was starving, but had just finished lunch, so instead of grabbing something I didn't need, I grabbed the vacuum at work and got busy. The hunger pangs went away. This is my pms week...so that doesn't help a bit. My mom and I walked a mile before I went to work. Here's how my menu looked for the day.

Beginning my journey again
I have decided that I need to recommit to my weight loss and getting into a healthy eating style again. I have really slipped! I love eating the weight watcher way and plan to get back to that. I am going to post my daily journals here and really want to stay committed to it. I look forward to having many friends join me in my journey as well.
