Had a good day....went through a period where I was starving, but had just finished lunch, so instead of grabbing something I didn't need, I grabbed the vacuum at work and got busy. The hunger pangs went away. This is my pms week...so that doesn't help a bit. My mom and I walked a mile before I went to work. Here's how my menu looked for the day.
